Alasan Dibalik Keputusan Transfer AC MILAN

Posted: Juli 12, 2010 in Sport

SILVIO BERLUSCONI, Italy Prime Minister and the president of AC Milan, the holders of Fininvest, has been fined massively by the court, and he have to pay €750m.

While many people are interesting in acquiring AC Milan, Silvio Berlusconi may consider this option very seriously, as the fine he has been ordered to pay, is much larger than what he thought.

A civil court ruled last week that rival media company Compagnie Industriali Riunite (CIR) was entitled to €750m in compensation from Fininvest, the company that mostly controls the Black & Red outfit.

Berlusconi needs to pay this money after adjudged as co-responsible for controversial takeover of the Mondadori publishing house in the early 1990s. The head of Fininvest and Berlusconi’s older daughter has announced the company will appeal the court decision.

“I am literally flabbergasted,” a fuming Berlusconi said yesterday.  “It is a sentence that goes beyond good or bad, it is a legal absurdity.”

Berlusconi needs immediate money now and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Silvio Berlusconi is considering to sell AC Milan. The Diavolo valued at around €700m – not a problem for oil tycoon Rezart Taci who seems to be interesting in Milan.

Despite Berlusconi claims he’s not intending to sell Milan, the Italian media suggest that the Rossoneri are in talks with several of overseas magnates, most of them from The Arabian Peninsula.

Is Silvio Berlusconi era at Milan is close to end and Milan will turn into another Manchester City? The time will tell. Berlusconi is now even busier, and will have no time for the team. Bad news for all…

Rezart Taci :

http://www.rossoneriblog.com/taci-i-take-milan-to-the-top-of-the-roof-of-the-world-if-i-buy-the-club/

REZART TACI reveals that he and Silvio Berlusconi spoke about the club selling but the PM was not ready. However, he states that he has all the required resources to buy AC Milan.

Oil magnet Taci says that he has enough money to acquire AC Milan from Silvio Berlusconi’s hands, if the politician is ready to do business with him and talk seriously about the situation.

Silvio Berlusconi’s holding company, which runs the Rossoneri, was ordered to pay €750m in compensation for its controversial takeover of the Mondadori publishing house in the early 1990s by the court last week.

According to Tuesday La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italy prime minister and Milan owner thinks about selling AC Milan up, as he need the money, and Rezart Taci, claims he has enough money to buy the team from Silvio.

“No, nothing has changed [due to Fininvest's problems] in the last few days. Yes, I read about it. Actually, I’ll seize the chance to express my solidarity with my friend Silvio Berlusconi,” Taci told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“I know Silvio Berlusconi for some years. I also know Adriano Galliani well. I cannot but respect both of them.

“Silvio and I have talked about it [selling the club to him]. He told me that he doesn’t intend to sell, but I know that if someone like me were to enter he would take my proposal and examine it.

“We are talking about a President that has won more than anyone else in the world, an unrepeatable history. But it’s also true that perhaps Milan is no longer as strategic as it once was in his group.”

AC Milan are said to cost around €700m, but Taci does not see this number a problem and states that he has enough money to buy the Rossoneri, and make it the best again.

“There isn’t a problem. My group is used to takeovers and bringing them to terms, and you cannot but find consensus with a winning idea like this. Therefore, I am sure about having the necessary finances,” he said.

“I guarantee that I would do everything to keep Milan where it deserves; on top of the roof of the world.

“As for the rest, my group is worth £6.5bn and always has a good ponder over its own steps,” the billionaire confirmed.

Sheikh Ahmad bin Saeeed Al Maktoum :

Milan Sign €60 Million Sponsorship Deal, Could Prompt Silvio Berlusconi To Sell Club – Report

Milan have struck a deal with Fly Emirates, leading to talk of an Arab takeover.

Milan have signed a €60 million sponsorship deal with Sheik Ahmed bin Sae*ed Al Maktoum, head of airline company Fly Emirates, fuelling speculation it could pave the way for him to launch a lucrative takeover.

Il Corriere Dello Sport reports Al Maktoum has agreed to pay the club €15m per year until 2014 to become their main sponsor, plus bonuses related to success in the Champions League.

The move has led to speculative reports suggesting Al Maktoum will use this as a way of increasing his investment further by buying a stake in the club. Last summer Il Sole 24 Ore claimed he was ready to buy 40 per cent of Milan’s shares from Silvio Berlusconi’s holding company Fininvest.

Those rumours were denied by Milan, but that hasn’t stopped talk of a takeover. As for the sponsorship money, the €15m received for 2010 will go towards the summer transfer market, in which the Rossoneri are likely to swoop for Edin Dzeko of Wolfsburg.

THE YOUNGSTERS have done it! After many years without a title, Verdi and Zigoni won the game for AC Milan’s Primavera team against Palermo.

Giovanni Stroppa’s and his players’ dream has came true yesterday, when they arrived into Stadio San Siro. After 1-1 in the first leg in Sicily, il Diavolo have reached the trophy with two goals.

The under-19 team of Milan have played in the “big boys” stadium, most of them for the first time. The dreamy night continued in the fourth minute, when Simone Verdi, 17, scored the first goal of this match.

The lads have done a great work, but the lead doubled itself through Gianmarco Zigoni, 18, in the 63rd minute. That final goal brought Milan’s Primavera a first TIM Cup victory since 1984-85.

Match Stats: Milan-Palermo 2-0
AC Milan Line-Up:
Perucchini; Ghirighelli, Romagnoli, Albertazzi, De Vito; Novinic, Strasser; Scampini, Verdi, Schenetti; Zigoni.
Palermo Line-Up:
Caroppo; Siragusa, Cappelletti, Adamo, Pellegrini; Pitarresi, Ardizzone, Davi, Corsino; Giovio, Mbakogu.
Referee
: Borriello of Mantova.
Goalscorers:
4′ Verdi, 63′ Zigoni (M).
Booked:
Cappelletti (P).
First leg:
1-1.

http://www.rossoneriblog.com/congrats-albertazzi-promoted-to-first-team/

MICHELANGELO ALBERTAZZI will be considered as a first team player starting from the summer as Milan are starting a rejuvenation project.

The 19-year-old center back will play among legends such as Alessandro Nesta, Andrea Pirlo and Filippo Inzaghi in the summer, as he has reached a level, which is enough for a place in the senior team.

AC Milan Primavera team is the future of the club – it combines cheap & talented players, which give Milan reinforcements in every role. After Gianmarco Zigoni promoted last summer, now it’s the turn of Albertazzi.

Albertazzi is a center back, but he’s also available to play on the left hand side of the defense. Possible departures of Kakha Kaladze, Giuseppe Favalli and Marek Jankulovski will hand space for the youngster.

However, the likelihood is that Albertazzi, like Zigoni, will play in the Primavera team, but will be considered as a first team player as well.

Forza Milan !!
